I’ve decided to change my eating habits after a horrifying discovery and realization that my metabolism rate isn’t that high anymore.
I’ve become flashier in certain parts of my anatomy, and while it may not seem that obvious to the naked eye (unless you are my mum who can spot a flaw in me ten miles away) – I personally prefer my truly slim frame, without the extra bits adding more flaws to my already apparent imperfections.
For someone who is absolutely in love with myself, I’m sounding like I’m also my biggest critique.
Anyways, I’ve decided to do away with rice at lunch time. Instead, I will be having mixed vegetables with yummy healthy dips as such:

A cheerful mix of cherry tomatoes (me likes!), red cabbage, sliced celery and zucchini. I love how everything is so colourful. Really helps that I love my veggies in the first place.
Dip it with…

Grilled capsicum dip! Which happened to be fantastically yummy. I can’t wait to try out other dips.
However today, because my mum was afraid that I would pass out due to my new eating habits, she packed some chicken for me too. But without rice.
So I guess, it still works out.
And at dinner, I just had a teensy bit of rice (like 1/3 my normal portion). No, I’m not starving myself. I’m just cutting down on certain stuff and enjoying nature’s produce in all it’s colours. Plus it’s healthier, don’t you think?
