Diving back into Grey’s Anatomy

I know it’s a little late but I finally manage to get hold of the complete season of Grey’s Anatomy Season 5 dvd set, months after I was done with Season 4.

I’ve been dying to know what happens after Derek and Meredith stood in a “house” outlined with candles in the Season 4 finale; and now I have 10 days to finished all 24 episodes of it.

Because I am a slow watcher (just like I am a slow reader), I’m a bit worried now that I won’t be able to finish watching the season in time.

And so, with this opening narrative by Meredith Grey, Season 5 starts:

We all remember the bed time stories of our childhood. The shoe fit Cinderella, the frog was turned into a prince, sleeping beauty was awakened with a kiss. Once upon a time and then they lived happily ever after. Fairy tales. The stuff of dreams. the problem is, fairy tales don’t come true. It’s the other stories. The ones that start in dark and stormy nights and end in the unspeakable. The nightmares always seem to become the reality.

p/s: I’m already done with episode 1 (that comes in 2 parts). Onward with episode 2!

p/p/s: Singapore hospitals should have beautiful surgeons and doctors like in Grey’s Anatomy. Enough with the nerdy ones, seriously!
